Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) has opened its 2026 hiring drive for experienced professionals, calling for applications against 40 openings across Engineer, Manager and Officer grades. Of these, 35 posts are based at the Ramagundam plant and the remaining 5 will be at the corporate office in Noida.
Online applications open on 26 August 2026 and close on 24 September 2026. Candidates who apply online must also post a hard copy of the form with self-attested documents by 1 October 2026 (8 October for far-flung areas).
Selection is based on a personal interview followed by document verification — there is no written exam for this drive.
Eligibility Criteria
Age limit: 30–50 years (varies by post) as on 31 July 2026, with standard relaxation for reserved categories.
Application fee: ₹700 for E-1 to E-4 posts, ₹1000 for E-5 and above (General/OBC/EWS). SC, ST, PwBD, ex-servicemen and existing RFCL/PSU employees are exempt.
Eligible candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical, depending on post) along with the required years of post-qualification experience. Post-specific qualifications are listed in Advertisement No. Rectt/01/2026 on the official RFCL website.
